1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WORLDWIDE

Radhya Ethnic Wear ships to all the pin codes in India as well as Globally. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

2. ORDER DISPATCH

Radhya Ethnic Wear orders are usually processed and dispatched within 6-7 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

If due to any unforeseen circumstances, our designers are not able to produce your order, we will either offer a full refund or an alternative product option according to your preference. 

3. ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.

4. ORDER DELIVERY

For India:

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

For International Orders:

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 20-25 days for all international orders from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping Within India:

Radhya Ethnic Wear offers free shipping for all orders within India. 

Shipping For International Orders:

Shipping for all international orders will be calculated after you have placed an order with us on our website. We will get in touch with you via WhatsApp & Email and update you with the shipping charges and the payment link for the same. 

International shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order and this will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund any amount for the same. 

5. MISSED DELIVERY

For India:

Our logistics partners attempt thrice to deliver your shipment. However, for orders which are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional ₹250. All Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the same is made online along with the additional shipping charges. Partial COD Prepaid payment will be not be refunded.

For International Orders:

However, for orders which are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request after you pay the shipping charges again. No refund will be issued if the package is returned to us.
